QRFable is a small independent project, so email reaches a person rather than a queue. We aim to reply within two working days.
Support
Something broken, a code not scanning, a question about how a feature works. Include the short link or the destination URL if it is about a specific code — it saves a round trip.
support@qrfable.comBilling and refunds
Charges, cancellations and refunds. Email from the address on the account and say which payment you mean, with the date and amount if you have them.
support@qrfable.comPrivacy and data requests
Access to your data, corrections, or deletion. Put "Privacy" in the subject line and we will route it. We answer these ourselves rather than through a form.
support@qrfable.comBefore you write
A lot of questions are already answered in the guides, and the refund policy covers cancellations and billing windows in full.
If a QR code has stopped working, tell us whether it is static or dynamic. Static codes cannot be changed after printing, which is usually the explanation — the difference is explained here.
