Template — needs legal review. This is a starting point drafted to match how the product actually works. Have a qualified professional review it before you launch or apply to AdSense.
By using QRFable you agree to these terms. They're written plainly on purpose.
Your codes are yours
QR codes you generate are yours to use for any lawful purpose, commercial or personal. No attribution required, no licence fee.
Acceptable use
You may not use dynamic codes to redirect to malware, phishing pages, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction. We may disable codes that do so.
Do not attempt to overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.
Static vs dynamic codes
Static codes encode your data directly and keep working forever, independent of us — even if this service disappears.
Dynamic codes depend on our redirect service. If your account is deleted or the service is discontinued, dynamic codes will stop resolving. Consider this when printing at scale.
Free tier and advertising
Free-tier dynamic codes show a brief interstitial page with advertising before redirecting. This funds the free tier. Paid plans, when available, remove it.
Free accounts are limited in how many dynamic codes they can create. The current limit is shown when you hit it.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. We work to keep redirects fast and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for losses arising from downtime or from codes you've printed.
