QR codes for property listings

Every board outside a property becomes a viewing. Photos, floor plans and a booking form, from a code someone scans while standing at the gate.

Where it helps

For-sale boards

A passer-by scans and sees the full listing immediately, instead of trying to remember your number.

Window cards

One code per property in the office window. Scan counts tell you which listings draw attention on the street.

Brochures and floor plans

Link to a video walkthrough from a printed sheet, and swap the video without reprinting the brochure.

Questions

What happens when the property sells?
Point the code at your current listings page instead of leaving it on a sold property. That is a destination change, not a new code.
Can I tell which board gets the most scans?
Yes, if you make a separate code per property or per board. Each one tracks its own scans.
Do codes work on a printed board outdoors?
Yes. Print with good contrast and avoid glossy laminate in direct sun, which causes glare that stops cameras focusing.
